Cancellation and Refund Policy

We, at VacationsDays, aim to offer smooth travel booking experiences. However, since we work with airlines and third-party suppliers, all cancellations and refunds follow the respective airline’s fare rules and policies.

1. General Policy

  • Tickets are usually non-refundable. In specific cases, cancellations may be allowed as per the airline’s terms.
  • If eligible, the airline may issue travel credits instead of cash refunds. These credits can only be used within the validity period set by the airline.
  • VacationsDays does not guarantee cancellation approval or refund eligibility for any booking.

2. Cancellation Requests

  • All cancellations must be made via the phone with our customer service team before the flight’s scheduled departure.
  • Cancellations or refund requests via email or chat are not accepted.
  • If the airline approves a refund, it will be processed after deducting airline penalties, fare differences, and VacationsDays service fees.

3. Refund Conditions

A refund will only be considered if:

  • You have submitted a valid cancellation request within the airline’s permitted time.
  • The airline’s fare rules allow refunds or if a waiver has been approved.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once processed by the airline.

4. Important Notes

  • Most tickets become non-refundable after 24 hours of booking.
  • Refund timelines vary by airline and payment method.
  • When using travel credits, you must pay any fare difference and applicable service charges.
  • VacationsDays is not responsible for airline policy changes, schedule adjustments, or cancellations beyond our control.

5. Non-Refundable Bookings

No refund or credit will be issued for:

  • Discount or promotional fares
  • Group bookings
  • Tickets labeled as non-refundable at purchase
